C*4 “SHOCK WAVES” – Official Results
Saturday November 26, 2016
Ottawa, Ontario
Attendance: Sell-out, Standing Room Only

Announcer: The Voice
Commentary: Adam B & Chaz Lovely
Referees: Serge St. Denis, Benny, and Gerry

1. “The Curse” Cecil Nyx defeated Freddie Mercurio and Juan Francisco De Coronado in a three-way dance.

2. In a shocking upset, Heavy Metal Chaos, James Stone and Alextreme, beat the tandem of 2 Cold Scorpio & Brent Banks.

3. “All Ego” Ethan Page pinned the “Neon Ninja” Façade, in a very hard hitting and high-impact contest.

4. C*4 Tag Team Champions, Stu Grayson & Thomas Dubois retained their Championships against the challenge of Franky the Mobster and Space Monkey, and the debuting American Destroyers, made up of Donovan Dijak and Mikey Webb.

5. In violent bloodbath, C*4 Underground Champion, VIKING was able to narrowly overcome the challenge of the debuting Rickey Shane Page.   Both men attempted to destroy one another using chairs, a staple gun, a pizza cutter, and whatever else they could get their hands on.  Despite the loss, Page impressed all in attendance.

6. The tandem of Mr. Rukin and Velvet Jones, High n’ Mighty, survived a four-corner match, that also included Fight or Flight (Vaughn Vertigo & Gabriel Fuerza), as well as “MVP” Michael Von Payton & “Prince” Rahim Ali, and the make-shift team of Tarik and Shane Saber (subbing for John Greed).

During the course of the match, Vanessa Kraven appeared and attacked Von Payton and Ali, chasing them to the backstage, and taking them out of the match.

7. In a 20 minute plus, absolute classic match, Tyson Dux defeated Jonathan Gresham.   This one could have gone either way, but in the end Dux’s experience got the better of Gresham, and managed to take the win.

8. In another upset, Kobe Durst pinned Evil Uno with a roll-up, to win a four-corner match that also included Deeno Benjamin and Matt Angel, to become the number one contender to the C*4 Underground Championship.

9.  C*4 Champion, Mathieu St. Jacques forced “Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander to submit with a Cloverleaf, and once again retained his Championship.   The extremely physical battle could had gone either way, and several times it did appear that Alexander was within reach of a second reign with the Championship he once held.  However, in the end, St. Jacques once again managed overcome the odds to claim victory.

Alexander certainly made it clear with the match that he is back in C*4, and back at 110%.  In addition, with the win, St. Jacques has scored a win over yet another former C*4 Champion (having previously retained against both “Speedball” Mike Bailey, and “Hacker” Scotty O’Shea).   What is next for the Champion?

C*4 wishes to wish all our fans a very happy, and safe holiday season, and happy new year.  We look forward to our next HUGE show on Saturday January 21, 2017, when we present #C4FireWalkWithMe.   Advance tickets are currently on sale at the venue, and at Vertigo Records.
