Met them backstage and they aer so damned tiny in person. Blitzed out of their skulls. Especially Adler.

I didn't mind Velvet Revolver... could have been better, I think, if Weiland had seemed more "together" with the rest of the guys.  To me, it seemed like he was trying to be "Scott Weiland and the boys" instead of a band working together.

Those bands/supergroups where a singer from one band - gets with the guys from another - just don't really appeal to me.

Yeah, Mike always did come across as a bit of a Traveling Wilburys/Highwaymen kind of guy.  Wink

Seriously though, A couple of people from work were at the show too and had a fucking blast by the sounds of it.

GNR were an hour and a half late coming on stage, but they played for 2hrs45mins and that pretty much made up for it. Show ended around 2:15am
